摘要
目的:了解葡萄球菌属临床分离株对常用抗生素的耐药性和对大环内酯类、林可霉素类及链阳霉素类(MLS)的耐药表型。方法:用K-B法测定葡萄球菌属对14种抗生素的敏感性,进行D试验,测定链阳霉素类耐药表型。结果:在258株葡萄球菌属中,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRSCN)分别为62.8%和83.4%。对青霉素高度耐药,对磷霉素和利福平敏感率在74%以上,未发现万古霉素耐药株。195株葡萄球菌属对红霉素耐药,84.1%(69/82)株金黄色葡萄球菌为结构型耐药;在凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)中,56.6%(64/113)为结构型耐药,32.7%(37/113)为外排型耐药。对红霉素耐药但对克林霉素敏感的62株葡萄球菌中,18株为诱导型克林霉素耐药。结论:临床分离的葡萄球菌属对常用抗生素易产生多重耐药,应根据分离株耐药特点选用不同的方案。
Objective To investigate the resistance and MLSB resistant phenotypes of Staphylococcus isolated from clinical infections. Methods Kirby-Bauer method was used to test the resistance of Staphylococci to selected antimicrobial agents.
