医学影像诊断胃癌分期与Endoglin标记的微血管密度在胃癌组织中表达的探讨

Expression and its significance of Microvessel density Marked with Endoglin In Gastric carcinoma

目的:探讨总结B超影像的胃癌分期诊断与Endoglin标记的微血管密度(Microvessel density,MVD)在胃癌组织中表达之间的关系。方法:应用彩色多普勒对70例怀疑胃癌和肿瘤患者,分层观察扫描肿块的部位、肿块的血流特征进行分期,和采用免疫组织化学法检测胃癌组织中Endoglin标记的微血管密度计数水平。结果:在胃癌医学影像分期发展过程中Endoglin标记的MVD其表达强度增加显著,且与胃癌患者的淋巴结转移、细胞分化程度有关,但与胃癌患者性别、年龄无差异。结论:胃癌医学影像分期是胃癌的发展阶段,检测Endoglin标记的MVD对胃癌病情判断及预后判断有一定程度的临床意义。
