摘要
目的:探讨餐后2h血糖浓度对诊断糖尿病的真实性(即灵敏度和特异度)。方法:使用葡萄糖氧化酶法定量检测餐后2h血糖,其中糖尿病组240例,男195例,女45例。正常对照组430例,男290例,女140例,并对以上人群进行糖尿病的情况调查。结果:在餐后2h血糖浓度处于低水平时其灵敏度高而特异度低。在餐后2h血糖浓度处于高水平时,其灵敏度低而特异度高。结论:在餐后2h血糖测定中,选择一个最佳临界值,使其灵敏度和特异度都非常高,从而有助于准确地诊断糖尿病。
