两种排牙方法修复单颌磨牙缺失咀嚼效率的比较研究

Comparative Study on the Masticatory Efficiency for the Restoration of Molar Distal-extension Edentulous of Single Jaw Using Two Teeth Arrangement Methods

目的:探讨雕刻树脂牙加金属耐磨片修复磨牙缺失的咀嚼效果。方法:收集门诊上颌双侧磨牙缺失病例30例,将病例分为两组,常规铸造支架,分别采用雕刻树脂牙和雕刻树脂牙加金属耐磨片两种方法制作黏膜支持式活动义齿,戴用6个月后,用722型分光光度计测定两种方法修复义齿后患者的咀嚼效率。结果:两种方法修复的义齿咀嚼效率差异有显著性(t=5.08,P<0.01),患者对雕刻牙加金属耐磨片修复的义齿评价好。结论:雕刻树脂牙加金属耐磨片修复单颌磨牙缺失,患者的咀嚼效率明显提高,患者更加满意。
