目的:通过国际标准组织2000年9001标准(ISO9001:2000)贯标建立一套具有检验科特色的质量管理体系。方法:建立一套具有检验科特色的质量管理体系文件。结果:建立一套具有检验科特色的质量管理体系,满足顾客的服务要求。结论:建立一套完善的质量管理体系,对检测的全过程进行质量控制,提高了检验质量,减少了医患纠纷。

Objective To establish a system of examination quality management to pass the ISO 9001:2000. Methods Adopting the ISO 9001:2000 to establish the document system with examination features.Results Set up a system of quanmity management with examination features.And satisfy needs of the customer. Conclusion Set up a perfective system of quality managament,control a certain chapter which can follow.Improve examination quality.Reduce the medical dispute.
