摘要
目的总结静脉麻醉下ERCP121例的护理体会。方法术前要备好双吸引管道和麻醉设备,建立静脉通路;术中配合麻醉师密切观察患者的反应,严密观察患者的生命体征变化,保持呼吸道通畅,出现异常时,配合麻醉师做好急救处理;术后给予复苏和相关护理。结果平均操作时间20分钟,操作过程中无并发症发生,未发生中毒及麻醉意外,没有因不能耐受检查而中止检查者。检查结束后平均2.5分清醒,所有患者术后均对检查及治疗过程没有任何记忆。结论护理工作在静脉麻醉下的ERCP检查与治疗中具有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the nursing care of 121 cases received ERCP under vein anesthesia. Methods: Two attracting pipes and anesthesia equipment were prepared and the venous access was established before operation. We observed closely patients reaction and vital signs cooperated with anesthetists and kept the airway clear during operation.If accident occurred, emergent treatment would be made cooperated with anesthetists; Resuscitation and other relevant nursing care were given after operation.
