摘要
目的分析经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)后相关并发症发生的可能原因,探讨其处理方法,提高ERCP的安全性。方法对2003年1月至2005年1月期间在我院行ERCP检查的患者425例,进行回顾性分析总结,了解ERCP术后各种并发症发生原因、伴随症状及处理方法。结果425例ERCP检查及治疗的病例中并发症发生23例,发生率为5.41%。其中急性胰腺炎6例,发生率为1.42%;胆管炎15例,发生率为3.53%;肠穿孔1例,发生率为0.24%;死亡病1例,为EST后合并急性胰腺炎所致,发生率为0.24%。结论反复胰管显影是术后并发胰腺炎的最主要危险因素;残留结石是导致ERCP后胆道感染的主要原因。严格掌握ERCP治疗指征,常规行胰管、胆管引流等可减少ERCP术后并发症的发生。
Objective: By studying the cases of ERCP,we hoped to get a treatment about the complications of endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography (ERCP) in order to improve the safe of ERCP.
