摘要
目的探讨小探头超声(MPS)指导下经胃镜摘除异位胰腺的临床应用价值。方法2002年1月～2007年4月,我院经胃镜诊断的异位胰腺20例,行小探头超声(MPS)检查明确其范围和起源后套扎联合高频电法摘除。结果20例均获成功摘除,术后无出血、穿孔等并发症,随访半年,未发现病变复发者。结论小探头超声(MPS)指导下经胃镜套扎联合高频电法摘除异位胰腺是一种安全、简便、有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of resect heterotopic pancreas through ligation combined with high frequent electricity under endoscopy guided by endoscopic miniprobe ultrasonography (MPS) .
