背景/目的:医师对患者前期体格/认知状态的认识也许是急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)指南实施欠佳的原因。方法:在涉及所有心脏病病房的一项ACS调查中,前瞻性记录了医师对患者前期体格/认知状态的认识,并以正常、轻度受损或显著受损分类。
