在降主动脉近端见到高速多普勒喷射,即可诊断主动脉缩窄。在1例23岁的二叶式主动脉瓣合并严重主动脉瓣关闭不全的男性患者中见到此类喷射,但MRI显示其主动脉正常而仅有轻微变细。
The diagnosis of aortic coarctation is when a high-velocity Doppler jet is seen in the proximal descending aorta. Such a jet was seen in a 23-year-old man with bicuspid aortic valve complicated by severe aortic insufficiency in the presence of a normal aorta with slight tapering confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging.
