目的:观察血压(BP)对使用多普勒超声心动图评价主动脉瓣狭窄(AS)严重程度的影响。方法:对22例AS患者利用握力运动或去氧肾上腺素输注提升血压。分别测定基线。
Objective: To investigate the impact of blood pressure(BP) on the Doppler echocardiographic(Doppler-echo) evaluation of severity of aortic stenosis(AS). Methods: Handgrip exercise or phenylephrine infusion was used to increase BP in 22 patients with AS.
