选择性激光烧结Al_2O_3/SiO_2复相陶瓷零件性能的研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过添加适量SiO2,经选择性激光烧结(SLS)成型及后处理得到Al2O3/SiO2复相陶瓷零件,分析了该复相陶瓷的物相和显微结构,研究了不同含量SiO2的引入对试样强度及密度的影响,最后选择最佳配比成型陶瓷零件.结果表明:随着SiO2含量的增加,烧结件的强度和密度也随之提高;当SiO2(体积分数)达到20%时,成型件经1 450℃高温烧结8 h抗弯强度达到45 MPa,密度为2.35×103kg/m3. The composition of alumina,organic binder and silicon dioxide were prepared and used to form prototypes by selective laser sintering.Alumina/silicon dioxide composite ceramic parts were fabricated by post processing.The influence of the content of SiO2 on the strength and density was studied.The phase and microstructure of the compound materials were also analyzed.
