摘要
设计了一种应用于汽车音响的AB类BTL(bridge-tied load)音频功率放大器芯片.该功率放大器加入了一种新颖的增益修正结构使两输出端口增益匹配,可有效地抑制线性失真.仿真结果表明:在14.4 V或18V的电源电压下驱动4Ω负载,满摆幅输出功率可分别达到25 W和40 W以上;1 kHz频率下输出功率18 W时,输出效率达到35%,总谐波失真为0.4%,具有较高的效率和较低的失真度.
A audio power amplifier chip of a vehicle used ClassAB BTL(Bridge-Tied Load) was designed.The gains of two outputs were matched as a result of additional novel gain correction circuit,which effectively reduced linear distortion.The simulation results show that the rail-to-rail output power could be more than 25 W or 40 W with 14.4 V or 18 V power supply and 4 Ω load,the output efficiency was up to 35 %,and the total harmonic distortion was 0.4 % with 1 kHz input signal and 18 W output power,it had higher ef...
