摘要
设计了森林防火监控系统.该系统主要由视频信号采集、信号传输、区森林防火指挥中心、视频会议和山下护林员办公室5部分组成.数据采集部分采用日本CBC生产的H30Z1015AMS高倍镜头、松下WVCP470高清晰度彩色摄像机以及YA403高灵敏度拾音器采集视频/音频信号;信号传输部分采用无线微波传输方式,选用Sunet2420作为无线网桥实现微波信号的收发;区森林防火指挥中心采用一台DELL主控计算机,将其连接到S1600e-R的视频/音频网络服务器,以控制图像的显示、存储、报警及画面切换,用Smart-sight nDVR监控软件对信号采集设备(云台、镜头等)进行控制.运行结果显示:与常规的"地面巡护"、"望台观测"森林监控方法相比,该系统保证能以较快的速度和较高的效率预防并扑灭森林火灾.
