三维编织复合材料威布尔概率分布数学模型

摘要 首先分析了三维编织工艺和预制件细观结构,对三维编织复合材料基本的单胞力学模型进行分析,然后运用三细胞模型,对圆形截面三维编织复合材料的工程弹性常数进行理论预测,最后通过数学推导,导出了三维编织复合材料剩余刚度和疲劳寿命的威布尔概率分布函数的表达式,并给出了上述两个分布函数中有关参数的确定方法,为进一步研究三维编织复合材料疲劳寿命试验和寿命预测提供一定的理论依据.
