摘要
研制了以反射率约为50％的光纤光栅为外反馈的高速窄线宽半导体激光器。所得器件光谱半宽小于0.1nm,波长1053±4nm,出纤功率高于0.5 mW,调制带宽达3GHz。
The manufacture technology of high speed, narrow linewidth semiconductor laser using fiber grating as feedback is reported in this paper. The reflectivity of the fiber grating is about 50% , with the FWHM of less than 0. 1 nm, the wavelength of 1 053±4 nm, output of over 0. 5 mW, and modulate bandwidth of up to 3 GHz.
