摘要
为研究光纤显微图像,将计算机数字图像处理技术引入到光纤形态分析中。首先将光纤端面经显微光学系统成像,由CCD摄像头接收,并通过图像采集卡传至计算机;然后对光纤的数字图像进行处理,其中包括对比度增强、图像的滤波、图像的二值化、图像分割等;最后通过严格的计算,得到光纤的各种参数。此系统的软件用C++Builder5语言写成。程序中采用了Parodax数据库及BDE技术,并提供了结果报表和二、三维图像显示。
A computer digital image processing technique is introduced into fiberoptic morphological analysis. The end face of the optical fiber is imaged by a microscopy, recorded by a CCD camera, and transferred by the image grabber into a computer. Then some proprocessed methods including contrast enhancement, image filtering, thresholding, and segmentation are used to process the digital image of the fiber.
