On Affective Thinking in the Ideological-Political Work

情感思维属于非理性思维，有其自身的特性。思想政治工作主体的情感思维对客体的思想与行为有着重要的影响力和作用力，但这种影响和作用具有正向与反向两个方面，为此思想政治工作主体应遵循相关的基本原则，努力培养和发挥自己情感思维的积极功能。

Affective thinking belongs to non-rational thinking and has its own characteristics. The affective thinking of the subject in the ideological-political work has great influence on the thoughts and conduct of the object. However, this influence bears both positive and negative as- pects. Thus the subject of the ideological-political work should comply with some fundamental principles and endeavors to cultivate and give full play to the positive function of affective think- ing.
