摘要
The Soviet Union’s policy to East Europe from 1944 to 1948 can be clearly divided into three periods. In the first period, from 1944 when the Soviet Union Red Army entered into East Europe to the end of 1945,Soviet Union took the Anti\|Fascism War as a good chance to push its political regime in East Europe. The second period begins from the end of 1945 to September 1947 when the Communist Intelligence Bureau was established.During this period,East Europe set up people’s democracy under the influence of Soviet Union.Since then until the break out of the conflict between Soviet Union and Yugoslavia in 1948,with the spread up of the Cold War and the changing of the American policy to Soviet Union,Soviet Union strengthened its control over East Europe in every aspect.
