职业生涯成功及成功标准是组织和员工都关心的问题,也是职业生涯管理研究领域的一个新主题。文章介绍了西方学术界关于职业生涯成功和标准的研究历史和现有成果,总结国内关于职业生涯成功的研究现状,提出了现有研究中存在的问题并对今后研究作出展望。

Career success is of concern not only to individuals but also to organizations. So career success and its criteria is new subject in the field of research on career management. The article review the history of research on career success and criteria and the research progress made by domestic researchers, present internal research achievements. In the end, some problems and future research direction are put forward.
