摘要
以自育的3个烤烟胞质不育系和4个国内推广烤烟品种为材料,配成3×4=12个杂种,研究烤烟8个农艺性状的杂种优势表现.结果表明:(1)正向离中优势最多的是单叶重,100%组合的正向离中优势达显著或极显著水平;相反,叶数没有一个组合具有显著的离中优势,株高、叶长和节距均有33.33%组合离中优势达到显著或极显著水平,其它农艺性状具有8.33%~25.00%组合的离中优势达显著或极显著水平;(2)农艺性状平均有16.67%组合存在显著或极显著的超高亲优势,较多的为单叶重,有75.00%组合的超高亲优势达到显著或极显著水平,叶数和叶长宽比均无显著的超高亲优势,其他农艺性状有8.33%~16.67%组合的超高亲优势达到显著或极显著水平;(3)各农艺性状中,仅叶长宽比有8.33%的组合存在显著或极显著的超低亲优势,其他性状均无显著或极显著的超低亲优势.
Twelve hybrid crosses between 3 cytoplasmic male sterile lines and 4 varieties of flue-cured tobacco popular in China were used to determine the heterosis in the following agronomic characters:stem height,leaf quantity,leaf length,leaf width,length/width of leaf,stem girth,pitch and weight of single leaf.Results were as follows:(1)stem height,leaf quantity,leaf length,leaf width,stem girth,pitch and weight of single leaf of tobacco of the hybrids were over both parental means in the average performance,and ...
