盐溶蛋白电泳与田间种植鉴定玉米种子纯度的相关性分析

Analysis on the Correlationship of the Maize Seed Purity Identification Results by Protein Electrophoresis and Field-planting

采用盐溶蛋白质电泳与田间种植鉴定两种方法鉴定了30个玉米种子样品的纯度。结果表明两者结果极显著相关,相关系数r=0.907,线性回归方程为:y=2.8202+0.974x。证明蛋白质凝胶电泳法鉴定玉米种子纯度是可靠的。

The purities of 30 samples were identified by means of protein electrophoresis and field-planting.The results of two ways were distinct correlationship,the correlation index r=0.907,the regress formula was y=2.8202+0.974x.The results indicated that it is available to identify maize varietal purity by means of protein electrophoresis.
