摘要
通过水培生菜,采用完全随机设计,研究了我省境内水质条件下,应用不同的铁源对生菜生长的影响,对五种铁源进行了对比研究,试验结果表明:腐殖酸铁(FA-Fe)比EDTA-Fe价格低廉,效果优于FeC6H5O7、FeSO4与FeCl3,是一种效果较好值得推广的铁源。以腐殖酸铁(FA-Fe)为铁源可以提高叶片叶绿素含量,过氧化氢酶活性以及根系活力;提高生菜中Vc,还原糖的含量,降低硝态氮含量,明显提高生菜的产量。
This experiment adopted the design of complete random to study the influence of different iron on the growth of lettuce which was growing in different water quality in Shanxi province..The result shows that FA-Fe is cheaper than EDTA-Fe,but more effective than FeC6H5O7,and it is the best iron fertilizer which is worth popularizing.FA-Fe can increase the content of chlorophyll,the activity of CAT and the vitality of roots,and can increase the yield of vegetable significantly.
