摘要
为揭示作物对SO2不同敏感程度的生化抗性机制,以谷子和菠菜两种抗感植物为材料,分析了二氧化硫对作物体内CAT酶活性、MDA含量及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,谷子和菠菜经SO2熏气处理后,CAT酶活性和MDA含量变化较为复杂,在抗、感植物体内呈现不同变化趋势;而经SO2熏气处理后,抗、感植物体内叶绿素含量均有所降低。
In order to reveal the biochemical resistance mechanism of different sensitivity of crops to sulfur dioxide,the changes of activity of CAT,contents of MDA and chlorophyll contents in millet and spinach were analyzed after they were treated by sulfur dioxide.The results showed that the changes of activity of CAT and MDA were complicated after the crops being treated by sulfer dioxide.Different change trends were presented in resistant crops and sensitive crops.After the crops being treated by sulfer dioxide,...
