摘要
通过总结目前遗传多样性研究中的常用分子标记方法和统计指标,介绍了遗传多样性评价的新的研究方法。通过对分子数据采用分子方差(AMOVA),了解作物种质资源在不同时期的变异来源。对种质资源进行系统遗传多样性提供了一种更为有效的方法。
The paper summarized the methods of molecular marker used widely in genetic diversity study and introduced the new way assessed.By using analysis of molecular variance(AMOVA),the source of genetic variation in different periods was investigated in crop germplasm resource.It provided a effective method to assess genetic diversity of crop germplasm resource by the numbers.
