现阶段解决农民养老保障问题就是解决农民的最基本的要求问题,是农村迫切需要解决的问题之一,也是解决农村社会保障问题的一把钥匙,更是适应社会主义新农村建设的需要。因此,要使占我国人口绝大多数的农民实现"老有所养"的夙愿,需建立起一种家庭、社会、社区、个人多元化养老模式,充分满足社会成员多层次的保障需求。

At present,to solve the problem of farmers endowment insurance is a basic request,which is one of the country problems needed to solve imminently,a key of solving the problem of country social security,and a need for adapting socialistic new country.Therefore,to realize the most farmers wish,a mode of providing for the aged is needed to construct as a diversity mode of family,society,community and individual to satisfy the need of social security.
