摘要
本文基于流动于样本室内气流中CO2和H2O的变化量进行分析和测量光合作用的LI-6400光合测定系统是目前比较先进的光合测定系统。但在使用过程中经常会出现CO2异常现象,从而影响光合速率测定值的准确性。从样本室和参比室内CO2浓度的不匹配和胞间CO2浓度的负值2个方面来确定CO2变化异常现象是行之有效的方法。
LI-6400 portable photosynthesis measurement system is the relatively advanced system and its principle is based on the difference of CO2 and H2O between the sample and reference cell.However,the fault value of CO2 often occurred in the using process and then affected the precision of photosynthesis ratio.It is a useful diagnosis method from the following phenomena: not matching of the CO2 concentration between in the reference and sample cell and the minus value of intercellular CO2 concentration.
