基于GPIB的数字存储示波器自动校准系统设计与实现

数字存储示波器是可将被测模拟信号进行模数转换、存储,再以数字或模拟信号方式进行显示的一种示波器,它和模拟示波器都是常用的用于观察信号波形和研究脉冲信号参数的电子测量仪器。无论是数字示波器还是模拟示波器,必须定期校准,从而保证测量的准确性。鉴于国内目前尚无数字存储示波器自动校准系统,本文利用VC++6.0开发环境,设计并实现了一种基于GPIB接口的数字示波器自动校准系统。该系统可快速完成对数字存储示波器的自动化校准,把校准结果存入数据库,用VBA技术自动生成校准证书,并且具有易扩展性,即通过编写一些示波器控制文件就可以支持另一新的数字存储示波器。
