摘要 航天五一四所研制了2套1Ω~100 MΩ标称值的便携式低温度系数标准电阻器,共34只。其中10 kΩ指标小于0.5×10-6。本文介绍了低温度系数标准电阻器的研制,包括采用的电阻合金材料,电阻合金材料的筛选、匹配与加工制作,低温度系数标准电阻器的技术参数、温度系数测量方法,减小温度系数采用的补偿方法,测试结果分析。 A new developed calibration equipment of low temperature coefficient standard resistor is introduced here.This paper introduced key technology of task and manufacture of low temperature coefficient standard resistor.Included adopting of resistance alloy material,filtrating,matching,machining of resistance alloy material and technic parameter of low temperature coefficient standard resistor,testing method of temperature coefficient,compensate method of minishing temperature coefficient,and testing result ana...
