摘要
预制装配式结构较多地应用于早期的建筑,具有整体性较差的缺点。本文以一个未考虑抗震设防的预制装配式混凝土多层框架结构为工程实例,说明了采用消能减震技术进行抗震加固的分析方法,文中采用层串模型、杆系模型分别对原结构、加固结构在小震、大震作用下的抗震性能和减震效果进行了对比分析,分析表明,增加合适的耗能减震系统,可以大大提高该类结构的抗震性能。
