摘要
利用溶胶水热法制备出纳米SnO2,对其进行了XRD、TEM、TG DTA、FT IR等表征;通过研究其粉体IR光谱的Sn O振动,发现纳米SnO2随着粒径的减小存在明显的红移现象,并对水热制备SnO2产物进行气敏性分析,结果表明:水热SnO2与传统沉淀法制备SnO2产物相比具有对酒精灵敏度高,响应与恢复时间短的特点,适合于用作气敏材料.
Nanosized SnO_2 powders were synthesized using hydrothermal method. The specimens were characterized by TEM, XRD, TG-DTA and FT-IR. FT-IR spectra reveales that the absorption of Sn-O is red-shifted and broadened with the decrease of particle size. Further gas sensing experiments testify that the response and recovery times to C_2H_5OH are shorter than the conventional precipitation method and this product is fit to be used as gas sensing materials.
