摘要
高校信息化实践过程中普遍存在着"重建设、轻应用、轻管理"的现象,已经严重影响了信息化的建设效果。解决此问题的关键途径是建立一套IT服务管理体系。本文结合ITIL理论和中国大学的实际情况得出了高校IT服务管理的组织模型、流程模型、技术模型。
There always exists a phenomenon that "emphasizing construction,despising usage,despising management"in the informationization of Chinese universities.It has impaired the effect of the informationization.The key to this problem is building an IT service management system.Combining ITIL theory with the special circumstance of Chinese universities,this paper brings forward the organization model,flow model,technical model of IT service management for Chinese universities.
