摘要
通过对保险经纪行业的业务介绍,研究了一种适用于保险经纪行业应用的客户关系管理系统的技术框架并予以实践,阐述了系统整合、数据转换、数据仓库和决策支持系统等相关技术在设计客户关系管理系统中的作用与应用方法。
One of the technical framework being suitable to apply in insurance intermediary industry for Customer Relational Management System is studied and practice through introduction of business of insurance intermediary industry. The actions and the application approaches of the relative techniques such as system integration, data transformation, data warehouse, decision support system and etc. in designing Customer Relational Management System are presented in this paper.
