摘要
采用硬度测试、金相分析及热酸蚀试验等方法对喷油器体磨削后出现的表面裂纹进行了分析。结果表明,磨削不当是导致喷油器体出现表面裂纹的主要原因。并提出了改进措施。
The cracks,appeared on injector surface after grinding,were analyzed by macroscopic analysis,hardness testing,metallographic examinations and heat acid corrosion experiments.The results show that these surface cracks are resulted from improper grinding,and the prevention measure was proposed.
