摘要 以乙二醇和辛基缩水甘油醚为原料,金属钾为催化剂合成双子表面活性剂的中间体———二辛基低聚二醇.文中讨论了投料比、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对反应的影响,设计正交实验优化合成工艺条件,利用红外光谱谱图对产物进行了分析与表征.实验表明,当辛基缩水甘油醚与乙二醇物质的量比为1∶2、催化剂用量为3份、反应温度80~100℃、反应时间为16~20h时,产物产率在6500以上. Dioctyl digomeric glycol-intermediate product of Gemini surfactant was prepared by reaction of ethylene glycol with octyl glycide ether in the presence of potassium as catalyst. The influences of the ratio of reactants, amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction were studied and technological conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments. When the ratio between octly glycide ether and ethylene glycol is (1∶2,) reaction temperature is 80-100 ℃, reaction time is 16-20 h, and amount of catalyst is three parts, the yield of the product is 65~0_0.
