APPLICATION OF DOPPLER TISSUE IMAGING IN CONGESTIVEHEART FAILURE WITH DESYNCHRORIZATION

摘要 器质性心脏病的终末阶段多存在一定程度的传导障碍和电-机械运动不同步,多项研究显示,超声心动图尤其是组织多普勒显像(DTI)是评价心室同步性的较好方法。本文将对DTI基本特点及其在心衰失同步运动方面的应用加以概述。 Some degrees of conduction dysfunction and electro-mechanical motion desynchronization always exists in late stage of organic heart disease.Many studies have shown that ultrasonic cardiogram(UCG),especially Doppler Tissue Imaging(DTI) is a better way to evaluate heart ventricles synchronism.The paper will summarize the basic features and its application in heart failure with desynchronization motion.
