利用西门子802D数控系统对C5116A立车改造,解决了普通立车在加工工件曲面时,由手动操作变成自动操作。提高了生产效率,解决了机车转向架车轮加工的生产瓶颈。
By innovation for C5116A vertical lathe,utilizing SINUMERIK 802D NC system,the machining for curved surface workpiece is very easy compared with original manual operation,with high quality and productivity,which solves the difficult machining problem for the wheel of locomotive bogie.
