摘要
球弧车削是数控加工中较复杂和常见的工艺问题。文章结合编程实例介绍了球弧数控车削三种常用的工艺方法,即车圆法、移圆法、车锥法。对数控车削球弧工件时的工艺路线和注意事项做了分析和概括。
CNC turning of global surface is a complex and an usual processing problem.This paper introduces three kinds of CNC turning method combined with practical example,concentric circle turning,center shifting turning and taper profile composition turning.The processing route and matters needing attention for CNC turning of global surface are analyzed and summarized.
