摘要
采用振动加工技术与深孔加工技术的结合的方法,对卧式深孔钻床进行了技术改造,使其实现振动钻削。改造后的深孔钻床,不仅能实现切屑的自主控制,而且加工稳定、质量好、效率高;相应技术改造方案有推广价值。
By technological renovation of horizontal deep-hole drilling machine,combined deep-hole machining technology with vibrational drilling technology,to make it realize vibrational drilling,the deep-hole drilling machine after renovation can not only achieve chip autonomy control but also keep steady machining,good quality and high efficiency.This tehnical renovation plan is of great value to spread.
