摘要
零件表面粗糙度测量和精度评定中,通常是用Rz参数反映表面粗糙度,虽然它是个最或然值,但作为精度分析来讲,它不能很充分地反映表面粗糙度的偶然误差特性。为此提出一种以观测值改正数求零件表面粗糙度的观测值中误差方法,它能更明确地区分表面粗糙度同一系列中的差异。
In the evaluation of surface roughness and accuracy,Rz parameter is used usually to reflect the surface roughness,it is a most probable value which can t sufficiently reflect the surface roughness accidental error characteristics,so this article proposes a kind of observed value revised to conclude surface roughness,the probable error method,that can distinguish the difference of surface roughness explicitly.
