介绍了刀具半径补偿功能的原理,探讨了数控编程实践中运用刀具半径补偿功能巧妙地解决加工中出现的工件轮廓尺寸变化和刀具磨损等因素引起的加工误差问题。
This paper introduces the functions and principle of tool radius compensation and discusses the applicational skill of tool radius compensation in NC programming practice to solve the machining error caused by workpiece profile size change and tool wear etc.during machining.
