摘要
分析了Pro/E和MasterCAM软件特点,以手机盖为实例,阐明了Pro/E结合MasterCAM进行模具设计与加工的方法及优势。采用这种方法能够有效缩短模具研发周期,降低模具开发成本,为企业提供一种新的CAD/CAM方案。
By analysis of the characteristics of Pro/E and MasterCAM,taking cell phone cover mould as the example,both mould design process and technological advantages of designing and manufacturing by use of Pro/E and MasterCAM are introduced.Through this way,the developing cycle can be effectively cut down,the cost can be reduced,and it alse offers a new CAD/CAM case for enterprise to develop mould.
