摘要
从研究型大学的办学目标定位、师资队伍和教学条件建设、创新人才培养等方面,分析了研究型大学的办学特征及其在本科教学评估工作中应当采取的态度和措施。研究型大学既承担普通高等学校的相同的教育任务,也应明确自己的特殊地位和应发挥的特殊作用。
