摘要
教书育人、管理育人、服务育人(简称“三育人”),就是指学校的一切工作都必须以育人为中心,育人的主要对象是学生。要做好新时期的三育人工作,首先要正确处理学校各方主体之间的关系。行政管理的规范化则是工作的中心。高校工会、学生会凭借其优势更应积极参与,发挥作用。在依法治校的背景下,三育人工作必须通过制度进行建构,体现民主与法治精神。
Education of human means education of knowledge,management of college and logistic service are in perfect harmony.College was constructed to educate young people,so all educational work should be arranged around the students.The relationship among different aspects should be treated in a correct attitude.Administration should be normalized.Labor union should play an important role in the democratic construction of education.All works of education should be institutionalized and in accordance with democracy.
