摘要
报告了国内外高校招聘学生馆员的现状,分析了学生馆员在图书馆管理工作中的优点及不足,详细论述了“以人为本”的管理模式和服务理念,建构和谐的工作环境,促进图书馆的发展。
This paper reports the status quo of employing student administrators in domestic and foreign institutes,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in library works which student administrators take part in,and discusses the management mode and service idea of "people-oriented" in detail,in order to establish a harmonious working environment and promote the development of the library.
