In this paper the author makes efficient use of the basic function of microsoft excel, designs core programs for analysis of variance to process, and check data and decide procedure. And usually this method will suffice to typify all the rest, and not only can we easily solve the problems of calculating statistics of mathematical statistics in this way, but also a large number of sophisticated data can be avoided in the mathematical statistics teaching. And finally the students' interest and desire of learning can be easily encouraged and the abilities of their creativity and handling problems can be developed.
