摘要目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者的免疫调控功能。方法20例正常组,60例溃疡性结肠炎患者,采用放射免疫分析技术测定两组机体免疫调节因子。结果溃疡性结肠炎患者血清中IL-10水平较正常组显著下降;IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平较正常组则明显升高(P<0.001)。结论细胞因子在UC的发病中起着至关重要的作用。 Objective: To study immune modulator function of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods:Sixty patients with ulcerative colitis and twenty healthy people were analysed in this study.IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、 IL-10 levels of them were detected by radioimmunoassay. Result: IL-10 levels were decreased variously,IL-6、IL-8、TNF-αlevels were increased obviously in patients with ulcerative colitis,there were statistic siginificant difference in the two groups(P<0.001).
