摘要
研究目的:寻找满足具有流动度好、工作时间长、早期有膨胀、后期收缩小等优点,可以满足高速铁路运行的高平顺性、稳定性和耐久性标准要求的CA砂浆配合比以及施工工艺和工装。研究结果:选定的CA砂浆配合比的各项性能指标符合标准要求,施工工装及工艺操作简单,工作效率高,施工成本低,经统计分析,可节约成本近40%。
Research purposes:The purposes are to seek CA mortar mix ratio and construction techniques and equipments for it,which can satisfy the requirements of high regularity,stability and durability for high-speed railway,with the features of perfect flowing property,long-term efficiency,expansion in early stage and less contraction in end stage.
