摘要
近年来,全国学生体质健康调研结果指出"学生耐力素质呈下降趋势"。为了改变这一现象,提高学生耐力素质,笔者随机抽取了本校97-99级部分男生进行实践研究,结果表明,体育课上经常安排长跑运动,课余经常组织锻炼,举办长跑比赛和象征性长跑活动,能全面促进和提高学生的耐力素质。
The recent result of the survey on Chinese students physical health shows that students' physical endurance is on the decline. The author made an experiment on the students of Anhui Normal University and concluded that frequent long-distance running in PE class and exercise outside class such as long-distance running contest and similar exercise will strengthen students' endurance quality.
