研究目的:铁路客运专线双线预制箱梁液压内模是预制箱梁的关键及主要设备,也是保证箱梁质量的重要设备,此前该设备均为引进技术,增大了施工成本。研究结果:本文介绍了设备的结构原理,并通过对该设备关键技术的研究,实现了该设备的国产化生产,并成功地于武广客运专线中铁五局段投入使用。
